We encourage all patients to be responsible for their own test results. Please call the practice 3-5 days after you have had your test to ensure results have been received and whether an appointment is required In some cases, results may be given to you over the phone by our Practice Nurse at the discretion of your Doctor. It is our practice policy that an appointment is required for all repeat prescriptions medical certificates and referrals. In unavoidable circumstances Doctors may provide a repeat referral via a telephone consultation however this is done at the Doctor’s discretion and may attract a fee. It is illegal to backdate a referral.

Telehealth appointments incur the usual standard fee at the time of the phone consultation. The usual Medicare Rebate will be available and can be refunded to your Medicare nominated account on the day. Consultations are by appointment unless there is an emergency. Acute injuries and illnesses will always be given priority. Long consultations are available if you have several items or complex issues to discuss. Please note we do not do procedures or childhood immunisations on Saturdays.
